Construct Correctly

Our construction method and approach is in line with others but a few years behind. All sort of names calling or nich terms to attract attention but all it is just prefabricated/precast way of doing it. Not that we had not given a try but quite a few, unluckily no video taken to share knowledge or to not embarass..
Only in China could we find a video featuring the construction of the 15 story Ark Hotel built in 6 days. Located in Changsa this building is level 9 earthquake resistant and incorporates some sustainable practices.
The wonders of prefabricated construction modules and modern construction techniques will never cease to be great human amazement. Just can't understand why every single building is not pre-made in factories first, for optimal energy, material and time savings, not to talk about a more efficient and cheaper end result and, in the case of the Ark Hotel, only 1% construction waste.
